Bunga telang biru

jenuh aku google psl bunga ni...kalo korang gi umah aku senang jer nak cari..cari la umah yg merimbun pokok bunga telang ni kat pagar nya...ahahaha

ini lah pokok bunga telang yer kwn2...tp bkan yg aku snap dr yg aku tanam dpn umah tu...



Sejenis tumbuhan memanjat. Bunganya berwarna ungu kebiruan berbentuk seperti rama-rama dan sentiasa berbunga sepanjang tahun. Buahnya berbentuk kacang pea bersaiz kecil. Sesuai ditanam pada para/pagola atau pasu gantung.

Pokoknya senang di cam, berdaun hijau tirus dan bunganya berwarna biru, bentuknya iras bunga seri pagi. Fungsinya sebagai pewarna semulajadi menyebabkan ianya digunakan di serata tempat. Di Kelantan ia lebih senang dipanggil bunga nasi kerabu. kalau di Filipina pula dipanggil Balog-balog ataupun Kokokating manakala di Indonesia pula ia dikenali sebagai Bunga Biru atau Kembang Telang. Pokoknya juga boleh di dapati di Thailand, Vietnam, Laos dan sebagainya. Walau apa pun namanya, secara saintifik ia adalah dikenali dengan Butterfly Pea atau pun sebagai Clitoria Flower.

*Clitoria Flower?? patut la ada website yg aku baca td ada setgh daerah di Indonesia panggil bunga ni Bunga Kelentit. ish!! sungguh tidak senonoh...huhuhu

Kegunaan

1~Bunganya sebagai pewarna nasi kerabu dan kueh terutama kueh nyonya Tai Tai (kat sini ada tulis cara2 nak buat kuih tu...nmpk mcm sdap mcm bleh dicuba SUATU HARI NANTI...hahaha) )yang popular di kalangan masyarakat Cina.

Dalam menjadikan nasi kerabu ni biru ada 2 cara iaitu pertama cara paling senang masukkan bunga telang ni bersama2 beras ketika memasak. Satu cara lagi ialah dengan merebus bunga telang ini untuk mendapatkan airnya yang akan menjadi biru. Airnya (dah sejuk bukan masa panas) kemudian digunakan untuk memasak nasi. Cara kedua ni lebih baik sebab warna nasi akan sekata biru. Ada juga orang yang merendam bunga ini atau meramasnya untuk mendapat ekstrak warnanya bagi memasak nasi kerabu.

2~Melebatkan, menghitamkan dan mengilatkan rambut dan menyuburkan kulit kepala

**Dapat mengurangkan sakit kepala.
Caranya:
Daun dan bunganya dimasukkan ke dalam kain bentukkan seperti bantal dan dibawa tidur oleh pesakit.

**Mengubati penyakit ulser mulut dan merawat insomnia.
Caranya:
Bunganya direndam dalam air panas dan diminum seperti teh.

Kacang telang telah dipercayai turun-temurun berkhasiat untuk melebat dang menghitamkan rambut. Ia juga mengilatkan rambut dan juga dapat menyuburkan kulit kepala. Selain dain dari itu kepercayaan yang tidak dapat dibuktikan secara saintifik adalah untuk mengelakkan keguguran batangnya dililitkan pada pinggang perempuan hamil. Daunnya dan bunganya juga dikatakan dapat mengurangkan sakit kepala. Caranya, daun atau bunganya dimasukkan dalam kain hingga membentuk bantal dan digunakan untuk tidur oleh pesakit.Bunganya juga boleh direndam dalam air panas dan diminum seperti teh untuk mengurangkan sakit akibat ulcer mulut.Ia juga dapat merawat insomnia.

pagi2 jmaat pkul 8.15am td aku disapa oleh seorg makcik sebegitu rupa...mana aku x sentap!
dah la dia kata perot aku kecik! ada plak perkataan KECUT tu! geram gerammm...
giler down la mood aku terus!
dah la dia kata perot aku kecik la! kecut la! x nmpk lgsung mcm org peknen la! kesian tgk aku peknen kurus la! nmpk makin cengkung la! muka x berseri la!

cuba la pagi2 jmaat ni bertanya khabar yg sedap2 sket di dgr dek telinga...
tanye la sehat ke? alahan dah ok ke? bg tips2 snang brsalin ke...

heyyy susah payah aku gain weight drpd sblom peknen 44kg, 2 mggu lpas check up dah jd 50kg...
ni ada bape bulan lg tah bape la naik...bulan pose ni x naik byk kot...tgk betapa gigih nye aku terus kan berpuasa time2 x larat ni...ikutkan ati nak jer aku suka suki mkn...

ko nak aku naik bape kilo? 10kg? 15kg? 20kg?
pastu jd gemok mcm ko? pastu terhegeh2 nak diet itu ini?

ahlan wa sahlan ya Ramadhan...

arini ari pertama kita berpuasa...tahun kedua ku brgelar isteri brpuasa, brsahur & brbuka dgn cik abg...

taun ni agak special sket, arini ku brpuasa dgn mmbawa si comel yg sudah 26weeks 5days di dlm rahim ku...

agak kuat juga dugaan pd hari ini...sahur ku bangun juga, berbekalkan segelas susu kotak HL, 2keping roti bakar, 2biji kurma & 4biji spirulina ...tapiii pagi kul 9lbey perot ku dah serupa ada konsert dlm nii...lapar x hengatttt punyer laaa...si comel dlm ni jgak x kurang ligatnyerr...lapar brgkali anak ku ini...huhuhu...ciaannn diaa...igt pesan ayah dlm keta pagi td, pose lah sama2 dgn mama yerr...tolong mama sama2 abiskan pose arini...huhuhu

alhamdulillahirabbil alamin...sejurus jam 7.23mlm kami bertiga slamat brbuka pose utk hari iniii....terima kasih sayang sbb sama2 mama pose yerr...esok kita cuba pose lg tauuu =)

bila sakit gusi...

aduhaii aduhaii...bila sakit gusi dtg menyerang...nak buat sumer benda rasa xde mood...mkn x nak, jln2 window shopping x nak, suruh shopping pon x nak, baring2 pon serba x kena, buat keje bleh ilang idea...

ni lah gara2 pagi td gatai minum arabica coffee bekpes mcD...huhuhu...skrg mendpt la yerr...nak merungut pon tanggung la sndiri...

scan 3D @ hspital brsalin dr.sukhilmi

akhirnyaaaaaaa...setelah sekian lama memendam rasa dan prasaan...hahaha...lpas abis check up kat klinik kesihatan srmban, x smpat2 blom mkn tghari...zassss terus ke senawang mghala ke sinun semata2 nak buat scan 3D...hahaha

mmg recommended laa sesapa yg peknen tu buat scan 3D sekurang2 nya skali sblom brsalin...buat laa time dia dah 22w-30w...kalo lbey dr tu takut2 baby dah pnuh dlm rahim nnti x nmpk plak / x jelas pemandangan di dlm itu...hohoho...kecuali u all ada duit lbey pi buat scan 3D tiap2 bln...wakakaka

teruja kami berdua nak tgk imej 3D baby kami masa tuu...dlm ketepatan imej sebegitu dpt laa sudah kami tgk muka dia, mulut dia, idung dia, tinge dia, jari jemari kaki tgn dia....hahahah...sumer nyer masih comel2 lg...almaklum org nya baru nak 26w kannn...lelemak pon blom terkumpul dah terbentuk sepenuhnya...

tp x pe laa demi mengubat kerinduan ayah & mama mu ini, apa yg dilihat cukup memuaskan hati...hohoho

kini genap sudah 24 minggu (6 bulan)

selera mkn sudah ok2 jerr...bekpes kalo kat opis ni harus aku rembat 2keping roti canai...perkara yg x pnah aku buat sblom2 ni...huhuhu...kalo bli nasi lemak plak ada mcm lauk2 aku letak dlm pinggan tuu, dgn roti mata nyer rendang daging nyer sardin nyer...pastu tapau plak lg 2,3ketol kuih...hahaha

tu kalo pagi2 laa selera aku mncanak2...

tapi selera mkn aku agak merudum kalo tghari, mmg penin la nak cari mkn apa yg sdap di tekak ni...sume lauk pauk kat kafe ting.3 ni dah bosan dilihat...pastu ptg pon sama smpai jer umah aku dah buntu nak mkn mlm apa...huhuhu

perot ku sudah semakin ketara membulat, walopun x kurang jgak mulut2 lalat di sekitar ku mengatakan 'eehh kecik perot yerr x nmpk pon mcm dah 6bln??' aaargghh persetan kan itu sumer...aku yg bwk perot ni aku tau la mcm mana...huhuhu

so, baju kurung sbnrnye bleh pakai lg tp kain nya hazab laa menyempit kat perot & pinggang nii...itu petanda sudah kna pakai skirt & maternity blouse...

scan 2D @ klinik reddy

mengambil kesempatan menemankan si pzah ke sana, pastu keje pon kurang bz, aku mintak kebenaran bos nak gi klinik kejap tghari tuu...scan kat situ ada 2D jer, aku saje la nak scan sbb 2,3hari sblom tu aku asik rasa senak blah kanan jer...rasa heran jgak apa baby buat kat situ, normal kah?

scan punyer scan dan doc nasihat sket2...rupa2nyer baby time tu suka himpit main blah kanan...fiuhh lega sket rasa atii...means xde apa la yg perlu dirisaukan...=)

doc tunjuk mana kepala, mana perot, mana kaki tgn....bla bla bla...haarr doc nak cari tutt dia plak...mula2 usha montot dia, ehh2 doc detect mcm gugurl pastu doc jmpa sesuatu mcm boboy punyer...adehhh baby ni main2 plak...kan mama dah kompiussss...huhuhu

kini genap sudah 20 minggu (5 bulan)

waaa sudah masuk 2nd trimester skrg...ada separuh lg perjalanan yg harus ku tempuh...

perkembangan terbaru ialah koleksi blouse2 peknen ku dah 8 helai, seluar maternity ada 3 helai dan skirt maternity ada 3 jgak...huhuhu...ni jelah koleksi yg harus ku tukar2 pakai...

utk ke opis pon aku dah start pakai blouse peknen dlm 2,3kali seminggu...ada kakak2 makcik2 kat opis ni yg baru nmpk perot aku dan x kurang juga ada yg baru tau aku peknen...uhuhuh

selera mkn ada improvement sikit...dlm byk2 benda yg aku nak mkn hanya cempedak goreng jer blom ku temui...hrp2 sblom bln 11 ni aku dpt pulun mkn cempedak goreng...huhuhu

gusi sudah kerap terasa sakit...ini tanda nye aku punye kalsium sdg/sudah di serap oleh si kecil...
aku kna kerap telan pil kalsium besar gabak tu sebiji sblom tido & berus gigi guna ubat gigi HPA...

muka aku masih comot lg dgn jrawat2 dan parut2 yg ada...skrg aku just pakai facial wash CNI & sunblock guna cream simplysiti acne solution tu...mlm2 kalo rajin tepek masker CNI...huhuhu

mlm2 tgh tido kalo aku menggeliat terlebih sket, betis ku akan cramp...sambil terjaga mengadu kesakitan aku kejutkan cik abg sblah soh bangun ambil kan minyak angin dan sapu ke betis...huhuhu
TQ abg kerana memahami & mengambil berat...

berat ku skrg dah capai 47kg...lega rasa nyer...xde la kna bebel2 ngn nurse...

mari kita intai apa dia buat kat dlm tuu

jeng jeng jeng....

last aku intai si kecil ni masa dia 8mggu...masa tu doc scan utk detect heart beat dia jer...

arini appoiment ke KK semata2 utk scan shj...utk melihat pertumbuhan dia secara basic...almaklum scan pon guna yg 2D punyer ajer...huhuhu...kalo ada rezeki lbey bulan dpn plan nyer nak gi buat scan 3D kat colombia hospital / KPJ seremban tuu...

sejurus nombor aku up, masuk la bilik doktor tu, aku mintak permisi nurse kalo2 suami bleh tgk skali...
lega aku bila nurse tu ckp 'boleh..!'...hehehe...aku pon jengah kat pintu panggil abg aku masuk gak...
abg aku sambil terkebil2 dia masuk dan duduk dlm bilik doktor tu...aku dah terbaring kat katil dpn dia...bila jer doktor bangun nak scan, abg aku pon bangun berdiri dpn kaki aku sambil mata dia dpt la tgk skrin mesin scan tuu...lpas doktor letak cecair jeli atas perot aku misi pencarian pon bermula...

jeng jeng jeng...doktor terangkan kedudukan kepala dia, kaki dia, tangan dia, tulang belakang dia sambil mengambil ukuran...aku a'ah kan ajer sbb dr posisi aku terbaring tu aku bkan nyer leh nmpk jelas skrin tu kat tepi...huhuhu...aku pandang abg aku dia jela yg sengih melebor...kagum la tu dpt tgk anak dia dlm tuu...
bila doktor dah abis terang kan yg basic2 tu, aku pon x melepaskan peluang nak mintak doktor carikan anu dia...wakakaka...sblom nak gi check up ni aku dah borak2 ngn baby soh dia sporting sket mama & ayah dia nak intai dia jap lg...
mula2 tu doktor kata susah gak nak cari/tgk ni sbb baby x dok diam...tenyeh2 punyer tenyeh doktor kata 'haar tuu boboy la anak u..ni telor dia..haar ni penis dia...'
aku yg kat sblah ni dlm nmpk x nmpk nyer mengiyakan jela kata2 doktor tu...sambil aku pndg abg aku, dia sengih2 angguk nmpk jgak...hohoho...

kini genap sudah 16 minggu (4 bulan)

xde apa2 prkembangan luar biasa yg ditempuhi sepanjang hari2 menuju bulan ke-4 ini...

perot ku cuma baru besar sedikit di bahagian bwh abdomen...'uniform khas' blom boleh pakai lg...bila pakai baju kurung, tang kain tu aku dah x mampu nak kancing, nnti perot ku rasa sendat semcm dan akan timbul rasa nak muntah...beberapa kedai/tmpt telah ku survey utk melihat2 baju peknen yg comey2 dan dgn harga yg brpatutan...baru ada sehelai blouse peknen ku bli masa JJ member card sale mggu lpas kat JJ srmban2, after sale pon rege dia smpai rm41.90...ishh baju jer, blom masuk skirt mkirt nyer...bukan berkira, tp sementelah bajet yg x seberapa ni ada lain2 prkara yg harus didahulukan pmbeliannyer...huhuhu

selera mkn ku tetap di paras yg kurang mmberansangkan...di kala begini ada beberapa makanan yg mmbuatkn aku tercari2 dan harus diisi kehendak itu...baru2 ni antara yg aku teringin sgt nak mkn ialah nasi kerabu belakang KWSP jln raja laut tu, cendol, putumayam & cempedak goreng...pastu yg jd feberet aku bila xde idea nak mkn apa, aku akan jd teringin nak mkn tomyam ketam, beger sausage mcMuffin set bekpes mcD, whipped potato & coleslaw kfc, pizza & sizzling yee mee...huhuh

Pedih Ulu Hati?



Apa Yang Perlu Dilakukan Bagi Mengelakkan Pedih Ulu Hati?

1. Ambil hidangan dalam jumlah yang kecil tetapi kerap.

2. Kunyah dengan perlahan setiap kali makan. Jangan tergopoh-gapah.

3. Elakkan makanan mengandungi rempah, pedas, menggunakan banyak perasa, berlemak, coklat, alkohol, kafein dan berpudina.

4. Pakai pakaian yang longgar di sekitar perut.

5. Duduk dengan selesa. Jangan lakukan pergerakan seperti melipat badan yang menyebabkan bahagian perut diasak.

6. Jangan membongkok ketika mengambil barang.

7. Lakukan senaman ringan seperti berjalan kaki secara sederhana.

8. Elakkan berbaring atau tidur dalam masa dua jam selepas makan.

9. Jangan merokok.

10. Biarkan minuman panas sejuk sebentar sebelum diminum.

11. Tangani stres dengan tenang.

12. Cuba kawal pertambahan berat badan. Dapatkan berat badan seperti yang disyorkan.

Petua Untuk Ibu Mengandung

BENGKAK KAKI
Ibu yang sedang hamil biasanya akan mengalami masalah bengkak kaki. Ada petua yang boleh diamalkan untuk mengubatinya. Ambil sedikit jadam dan dicampur dengan sedikit air masak. Apabila sudah hancur dan pekat sapukan pada kaki dan betis selepas selawat tiga kali. Seelok-eloknya sapu sewaktu hendak tidur. Amalkan dan anda akan mendapat manfaatnya.

MENGEMBALIKAN SERI MUKA SELEPAS BERSALIN
Rebus beberapa tangkai daun inai dan minum airnya 3 kali seminggu. Seeloknya pada waktu pagi dan malam.

RAMBUT JARANG
Ambil telur udang dan gosokkan pada kulit kepala anda. Keesokkan harinya baru dibasuh. Lakukan selalu, hasilnya pasti rambut anda bertambah lebat.

MUNTAH
Muntah biasanya terjadi kerana salah makan atau pada peringkat permulaan mengandung. Untuk mengatasinya buah pelaga ditumbuk halus dan dicampurkan air panas. Kemudian minum.

UNTUK MENGHINDARKAN STRETCHMARKS
a) Ambil satu sudu kecil air limau nipis. Ambil 20 titik minyak kayu putih serta satu sudu air kapur sirih. Gaulkan ia dan sapu pada kesan-kesan pecah diperut. Buat 2 minggu berturut-turut. ) Sepanjang tempoh mengandung sapukan minyak zaitun pada bahagian yang bermasalah serta elakkan menyapu minyak panas ketika mengandung,



Petua Memudahkan Wanita Islam Bersalin.
a) Amalkan baca Surah Yassin disertai niat dan doa sepanjang tempoh kehamilan.
b) Hampir bersalin amalkan zikrullah Tasbih Nabi Yunus
c) Amalkan minum air lebihan suami.
d) Amalkan meminum air basuhan rambut/hujungnya ketika mandi.
e) Amalkan makan buah kurma sepanjang tempoh kehamilan ia membantu memberi tenaga, sumber kalsium dan melembutkan otot rahim dan seangkatannya/ memudahkan laluan bayi/selain turut berperanan memperhaluskan nurani bayi disertai zikir/selawat.
f) Minum air kelapa di hujung kehamilan membantu membersihkan bayi.
g) Amalkan makan telur mentah di hujung kehamilan.
h) Kerap makan sayur bendi bagi memudahkan laluan bayi.


UNTUK MEMBERSIHKAN RAHIM
Kunyit hidup, halia , air asam jawa dan sedikit gula merah dikisar dan ambil airnya. Minum 3 pagi berturut-turut atau ketika tempuh berpantang.

Khasiat Pucuk Jambu
Bagi wanita-wanita yang hamil dan muntah-muntah cuba petua ini. Ambil beberapa tangkai pucuk jambu batu. Bersihkan daun tersebut dan ditumbuk dengan sedikit garam.Bila sudah hancur atau lumat, campurkan dengan segelas air suam. Biarkan air itu hening.Lakukan amalan meminumnya selama 3 hari berturut-turut dan anda tidak akan muntah-muntah lagi.

KHASIAT BUNGA RAYA - Untuk masalah Gugur Rambut
Cari daun bunga raya yang hijau beberapa helai dan dibersihkan, lalu dimasukkan ke dalam baldi berisi air dan ramaslah daun itu sehingga keluar air hijau.Kemudian basuh rambut anda menggunakan air bunga raya tersebut.Biarkan selama beberapa minit (5 minit) dan baru boleh dibilas.

CARA MELAHIRKAN ANAK TANPA SAKIT

Selalunya mereka akan cakap hanya Tuhan saja yang tahu betapa sakitnya masa tu. Lebih-lebih lagi semasa melahirkan anak sulung. Betapa besarnya pengorbanan seorang ibu terhadap anaknya... See more sejak awal-awal lagi! Namun begitu, ada petua tradisional orang Melayu yang dikatakan dapat membantu para ibu melahirkan anak tanpa berasa sakit. Ataupun mengurangkan rasa sakit.


1. Sewaktu kandungan anda berusia 6 bulan, mula amalkan meminum 1 sudu minyak kelapa. Minum sebanyak 3 kali dalam seminggu.

Kemudiannya...

2. Apabila kandungan anda mencecah 9 bulan, tukar kekerapan pengambilan minyak kelapa tadi. Dosnya tetap sama iaitu 1 sudu dan minumlah setiap hari sehingga tiba hari kelahiran anak anda.

3.Ssebaik-baiknya anda buatlah minyak kelapa tu sendiri. Ia bertujuan memastikan anda benar-benar meminum minyak kelapa yang bersih dan selamat.

kini genap sudah 12 minggu (3 bulan)

tup tap tup tap daaaahh 12 mggu kandungan ku...mcm2 alahan sudah ku alami dlm tempoh ini, antaranya loya, mual, pedih perot pdhal dah mkn nasi lemak 2 jam lpas...

x bleh bau sebarangan makanan, aku pnah muntah2 dlm keta gara2 abg aku dok sebut2 plan nak bli/msk udang @ sotong, oh yer yg klakar kebanyakannya aku kerap muntah dlm keta (tp masa tu dah standby plastik bag laa...huhuhu)..

x bleh lewat mkn mlm nnti perot aku masuk angin pastu nnti aku muntah jgak..
1 benda lg yg bleh buat aku nak termuntah ialah masakan yg ada daging ayam...aku x bleh masuk dlm tekak kalo nmpk daging ayam skrg...maka nye kalo ayam KFC ke McD ke sate ke aku x pandang laa, kata la dlm tomyam ke mee goreng ke nasi goreng ke apa2 jela yg ada kepingan2 daging ayam tu pon aku x lalu nak pndg...huhuhu

kalo kat opis plak asal masuk pkul 1 tghari ke atas aku dah start lemau dah, keje mmg dah x produktif lg la time2 gini, nak pndg PC lelama pon leh buat mata aku berpinau2, pnah 1 hari tu aku saaaaakit kpale sgt2 tp aku tahaaan jer dr menelan panadol sbb masa tu baby baru nak terbentuk 2 bln lbey...huhuhu...

pastu prestasi selera mkn aku skrg sgt la mendukacitakan...korang letak la makanan yg paling sedap di dunia ni pon aku x heran...cian mmber aku si pzah tu, kalo tghari aku nak kirim tapau kat dia, mau berejam dia tggu keputusan aku nak kirim apa...bukan x nak mkn, naaaak sgt tp selera tu tah ke mana...huhuhu

biasa nyer pagi2 aku ok, agak cergas sedikit laa...tapiii bila dah ptg2 haaar mmg perasaan nak baring2 jela...

balik jer keje smpai umah aku trus terbaring dah x larat nak buat keje lain dah...bdn rasa lemau, lesu & lemah sesangat...kdg2 jer bila aku rasa ada tenaga sket aku tolong la abg aku buat keje umah mana yg larat termampu...huhuh

nak tido pon 1 hal mencari posisi yg bersesuaian...dulu nak tido musti kna peluk ngn cik abg maksudnya tido berbantal kan lengan dlm pelukan dia laa...ahahah...skrg aku dah jrg mintak mcm tu, sblom tido aku akan mintak izin bgtau abg aku, aku nak tido mcm mana...biasa nye aku telentang jer sambil tgn @ bantal 1 lg kat muka...huhuhu...kdg2 tu menggeleseh pusing kiri pusing kanan (err korang tau ker ayat menggeleseh ni?) berminit2 nak cari posisi yg selesa nak tido...bkan kerana ngengade perot dah makin mmbesar tp prasaan x sdap bdn tu yg leceh...huhuhu

oh yer 1 yg aku prasan dlm keadaan x sdap bdn ni aku susah giler nak senyum kat org, muka aku masam moncong memanjang, kdg2 aku wat bodo jer nak pndg org...huhuhu...tp aku suka betoi tgk bibir abg aku, rasa nak geget2...ahahah...pastu aku suka pegang2 rambut dia...wakakak...abis arr prasan abis la cik abg aku tuu...pasni kalo anak kami rambut & bibir mcm ayah dia, aku tau dah la knape...ahahah

Beli buku lagiii...

dibeli pada 24/4/2009 masa kat di pesta buku @ PWTC nuu...(emm pesta buku taun ni ku x dpt pegi...huhuhu...sedey!)

taun ni sebagai usaha menambah ilmu di dada, ku mmbeli 1 lg buku psl pregnancy...dah lama dah aimed buku ni since last year...cehh mcm la lama bebenor...huhuhu

Anniversary perkenalan dua hati

waaah arini 6 april genap 8 taun kami menjalin cinta...masih terngiang2 terbyg2 di mata ni bagaimana bibit2 cinta kami bermula...wakakak...jiwang la plaks!

Cosmopoint Klang & McD Tmn Sri Andalas menjadi saksi...motor yamaha BDX7750 tu lah menjadi pengikat cinta kami...wakakaka...

cinta pertama giler sgguh indah...sumer nyer beshhh...wakakak...sehari x jmpa pon kemain rindu dendam nyer...sms dr pagi smpai ke tghmlm...simkad lama yg masih tersimpan separuh sms2 cinta tu masih aku simpan buat kenangan...oh yer kami jrg bergayut...x pnah pon rasa nyer...wakakaka...

kalo dating tmpt yg sama berkali2 pon x rasa boring...wakakak...

baju tshirt yg pnah pakai masa dating dulu skrg dah jd baju basahan kat umah, skrg bila pakai terigt masa muda2 tuu...wakakaka

motor yamaha tu abg aku dah letak kat kampung buat ulang alik ke kandang...tp skrg bila aku terdgr musti aku tersengih sensorg...sbb dulu bunyi motor tu laa aku ternanti2 kan bila dia dtg sampai menjemput ku...wakakak

ishh mcm2 la kenangan suka duka yg telah ditempuhi bersama...lucu pon ada bila di igt2...wakakak...

skrg kami dah sebumbung sekatil...
Alhamdulillah... arini dah 8mggu 4hari benih cinta kami tersemai dlm rahim ku...huhuhu...suatu perasaan yg sgt terharu krn angan2 ku suatu ketika dahulu utk melihat 'hasil' kombinasi wajah kami berdua akan menjadi kenyataan pd bulan November ini...



abg, cintailah saya.. sayangilah saya.. krn saya juga sgt mencintai & menyayangi awak...

syukur kpd Allah...segala puji bg Allah...

bangun pkul 5.25am excited nak buat UPT tuu...tp dlm ati sgt berdebar2...nak gunting plastik UPT tu pon siap baca bismillah, nak kencing pon baca bismillah (dlm hati laa...huhuhu)...lpas titiskan 5-6 titis urine dlm bekas tu, sambil aku gosok gigi dgn tgn yg menggigil...ahahah

agak2 dlm 3minit aku intai...zuppp darah naik ke muka...air mata aku rasa nak menitis...sebak tibe2...


terang benderang 2nd line tuu...rasa mcm x pecaye pon ada...kalo ikutkan dr last period aku, maybe aku peknen dah 5 weeks...

masa abg aku masuk bilik air, dia x perasan lg tester tu atas bekas sabun, bila dia kluar bilik air aku soh dia masuk balik tgk btol2 mende tu...sambil gosok2 mata dia kata haar ada 2 line...aku senyum...dia pon masih terpisat2 lg mcm nak x nak pecaye...huhuhu

ptg lpas balik keje aku sggah watson lg bli 1 lg UPT...smpai umah, time nak mandi ptg, aku test lg...wooo kali ni pon up dua2 line dgn terang nyer...huhuhu...Alhamdulillah...Allah Maha Besar...


esok ptg nak pegi klinik utk scan dan dpt kan supplement apa yg patut...

x sbr nak bgtau mak berita gembira nii...huhuhu

maaak abahhhh, mak ngn abah akan dpt cucu sulung ujung taun ni...huhuhu

berdebar-debar...

arini genap period ku lewat 12 hari...last period ku 5 feb...ngilu2 di bahagian bwh perot kerap terasa...
breast terasa berat, nipple besar dr biasa, kalo terlanggar rasa sakit...sejak awal bln aritu tekak kerap nak mkn sotong goreng bila time lunch hour kat opis ni...perot rasa cpat rasa lapar especially bila dah ptg smpai umah rasa dah x larat nak msk, paling snang trus tapau jer kat restoran kat seremban 2 tu...huhuhu

ptg ni igt nak bli UPT la kat watson...huhuhu...wish me luck =)

telah selamat di lahirkan oleh kakak ipar ku di HUKM pada 4/3/2010 jam 8.15pm melalui operation...
si comel ini berat 3.68kg...

bak kata mak mertua ku, si comel ini mirip ibu nya...hohoho
horaayy...dan kini aku sudah menjadi MAK NGAH...wakakaka...
sehingga ke hari ini ku belum berkesempatan nak mencuit2 pipi nya...huuhuhu

Alhamdulillah...

arini pkul 2 petang aku gi hspital tuanku jaafar ada appointment di klinik O & G,
ditemani cik abe...sejak masuk wad & operate pd 8/1/2010 lpas, ini appointment pertama aku utk follow up apa yg patut...

ohh this is my 1st time experience buat mende2 alah ni sumerr...huhuhu...
x pe lah, anggap lah ini sumer pengalaman yg sgt berharga utk aku...

lpas amik nombor kat kaunter pendaftaran, aku terus ke klinik O & G, lpas letak buku,kad & nombor yg dpt td aku diminta amik berat bdn & blood pressure kat meja sblah yg ada nurse bertugas di situ...

lpas tu kna menunggu bilik doktor mana yg kna masuk...kira2 10min kemudian nombor aku up...aku menonong la masuk...cik abe x follow skali, dlm ati nak jer ajak/suruh dia join dgr...x la aku kna 'bebel' sensorang lg dgn doktor...sekurang2 nyer dia pun lg akan phm...huhuhu...

masuk dlm bilik tu, ada sorg doktor popuan serani & sorg doktor pelatih  lelaki cina...

after bersoal jwb amik background aku & status period aku, doktor explain apa yg diorg jmpa masa dlm Operation Room aritu, KESIMPULANNYA doktor kata situasi aku OK...endo tu x bkan main factor pd kes infertility aku yg baru?? nak masuk setaun jagung ini...doktor kata lg nothing to worry, cuma masa nya belum tiba...huhuhu
aku tanye lg doktor tu, even dah setaun kawin masih blom pernah ada 'apa-apa' pastu umo dah masuk 30 taun mcm mana? doktor kata, 30 taun muda lg...(what? muda lg? dlm ati aku dah memberontak,doktor ni mmg x memahami aku dan tidak membantu aku...huhuhu) doktor kata, kita tggu lg after 2 years marriage baru kami akan bantu dlm kes2 infertility...

(aduhhh...)

utk lg menyedapkan ati aku, doktor tu buat scan kat perot aku, nak tunjuk kat aku, 2 kilang ovari aku ok & rahim pon ok means x terbalik...aku paling takut/risau yg ni...sbb majority kes2 endo disebabkan Retroverted Uterus...

bla bla bla....(aku maleh nak igt apa lg yg aku kna 'bebel' dlm ni) aku jeling jam kat tgn, dkat2 40min gak rupanyer aku dlm ni...emmm ok lah aku mls dah nak bersoal jwb, aku tanye doktor...so,apa ubat/ treatment yg saya dpt pasni? doktor kata buat masa ni xde apa2...lg 6 bln dtg lg...or setiap 6 bln smpai usia aku kawin dah 2 taun baru dia akan 'bantu'...emm nama jer 6 bln tp lpas tu sblom aku kuar dr klinik O & G tu nurse bg the next tarikh ialah 14/9/2010...aku berdoa, aku x nak lg jmpa doktor tu, sblom smpai tarikh  14/9/2010 tu hrp2 nya aku dah berjaya membawa perot yg berisi baby...wakakaka...

* i wanna said it again...Alhamdulillah...everything is fine...
nothing to worry...just keep trying & praying...lalalala...

Perbezaan cyst dan endometriosis

Apakah sebenarnya perbezaan antara cyst dan endometriosis?

Endometriosis adalah penyakit yang berkait dengan kehadiran tisu atau darah menyerupai endometrium di lokasi yang berlainan daripada sepatutnya.

Endometriosis berasal daripada perkataan endometrium. Endometrium pula adalah lapisan terdalam dinding rahim yang berubah-ubah ciri dan ketebalannya mengikut kitaran haid seseorang ataupun pengaruh hormon.

Ia mula menebal setelah haid kering sebagai persediaan untuk menerima perlekatan atau implantasi embrio, jika tidak, tisu ini akan terpisah dan gugur sebagai darah haid.

Bagi sebahagian wanita, tisu atau darah endometrium ini tidak gugur semuanya menuruni pintu rahim ke luar faraj sebagai haid, tetapi masuk menembusi dinding otot rahim ataupun keluar menerusi laluan tiub falopio ke dalam ruang pelvis atau abdomen.

Tisu ini berpotensi 'hidup membiak' di bawah pengaruh hormon estrogen dan berlakulah pengumpulan darah menyerupai haid di dalam otot rahim membentuk adenomyosis (menyerupai fibroid tetapi dengan sempadan yang kurang nyata) atau organ lain yang terkena, lazimnya tiub falopio dan ovari.

Apabila ia mengenai ovari, ia berupaya membentuk sejenis cyst mengandungi darah yang lebih dikenali sebagai endometrioma atau endometriotic cyst atau cyst coklat.

Endometriosis adalah istilah umum bagi penyakit ini, adenomyosis pula merujuk khas kepada endometriosis di dalam otot rahim, manakala endometrioma atau endometriotic cyst atau cyst coklat pula khas merujuk kepada endometriosis pada ovari yang membentuk cyst. Pada organ lain dan kawasan ruang atau dinding pelvis atau abdomen, hanya istilah umum endometriosis digunakan.

Cyst ovari pula boleh berupa cyst endometriosis atau cyst penyakit lain.

Kandungan cyst ovari boleh berupa cecair (serous) atau cecair likat (mucinous) atau darah (haemorrhagic) atau darah endometrium (endometriotis) atau bercampur bahan pepejal (solid-cystic) atau polisistik.

Endometriosis peringkat lanjut (peringkat tiga atau empat) dikaitkan dengan masalah kesuburan, terutama apabila ia mengakibatkan kerosakan pada tiub falopio serta anatomi organ reproduksi dan apabila ia merosakkan risu ovari.

Ia boleh menyebabkan masalah senggugut dan sakit ketika hubungan seks.

Ia juga boleh menyebabkan sakit ari-ari yang kronik jika sudah berlaku perlekatan organ misalnya usus. Di samping itu, ia juga sering dikaitkan dengan kehadiran fibroid pada masa sama memandangkan fibroid juga membesar dengan pengaruh hormon estrogen.

ku belek2 disket tu salah 1 drpd projek masa dlm kelas ICT 8 taun lpas...hohoho...
eh mls la nak cite pnjg...jom kita cuci mata tgk dua keping gambo lama ini...ahahahha

Cold-water fish and seafood are important in women's diet (salmon, tuna, mackerel, cod). Cold water fish is a good source of protein and of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. Most fish oils are good for arthritis symptoms, they help lower cholesterol and thin the blood.

A regular daily regimen of at least 30–45 minutes of brisk walking, bicycling, using your treadmill or any other fitness equipment or even working around the house or yard will improve your health. Review the list of benefits of exercise and weight loss.

Diet changes can help reduce the symptoms of endometriosis

Changing your diet to deal with Endometriosis is an excellent foundation to assist you in reducing the symptoms, and will help regenerate your health.

Adjusting what you eat can bring about many positive physical and metabolic changes, as well as improving our health. Many of you may be aware that various illnesses and diseases have responded very positively to changes in diet, and Endometriosis is no exception.



Some of the positive physical changes that take place when we change our diet, will at first not seem reliant on our food intake, but they are. For example, eating the right kinds of foods can:
•sharpen our mental alertness
•help us to stop feeling so sluggish
•give us more energy
•regulate sleep patterns
•regulate bowel movements
•balance blood sugar levels
•regulate metabolism
•regulate body weight
•control hyperactivity - especially in children

We are very much a reflection of what we eat. When someone has a diet loaded in fats, the first place it will show up is in their complexion, with greasy, sallow skin. When we are constipated, an Iridologist (alternative health practitioner specializing in diagnosis using the iris of the eye) will immediately see this in the lack-lustre appearance of the eyes. With a lack of vital nutrients in our system, the body will eventually give you tell-tale signs.

The diet in modern day western society has become depleted of vital nutrients for many reasons. Intensive farming has robbed the soil of vital trace elements which used to be taken up by the crops as they grew, and in turn we consumed them. We rely so much on convenience foods now, which are very low in goodness. Much of our ‘fresh’ produce like fruit and vegetables, is actually gassed and then stored in warehouses for months.

Many of us eat ‘fast food’, which is not very nutritious - the longer that food is left standing in a heated serving cabinet, the less nutritious value it has. People get lazy, they cannot be bothered to shop for valuable ingredients, yet alone cook good wholesome food anymore.

Scientists, health researchers and others have now found that the lower your food intake, with fewer calories and proteins, the longer you will live. We simply do not need the food intake that we have in the West.

What the body needs is a simple, balanced, preferably organic diet, which is prepared using fresh ingredients, and is viewed as our means of sustenance rather than being viewed as ‘something to stop us being hungry’. We do have many problems and issues surrounding food in the West, with anorexia, comfort eating, and many other eating disorders. Food is also used in many social situations, but this is no excuse for not being able to feed yourself with good food when you are at home.

Food is our fuel, it makes us function, grow, replace worn out cells, gives us energy, and feeds the entire body. Food is the secondary requirement to life, with oxygen being the first basic requirement. More important than food is our daily requirement for water. We need lots of it; plain, fresh water. Yet most people only drink a small proportion of what the body really needs.

But going back to food; it provides us with energy. The foods we take in include:

•carbohydrates, which provide the chief source of energy for bodily functions and muscular exertions
•fats, which are the most concentrated form of energy. Three fatty acids, are essential in the diet because the body cannot make them itself.
•proteins, which are the building blocks in food, the construction materials for growth and repair of cells
•fibre, indigestible parts of plants which provides roughage and aids digestion
•vitamins and minerals - the organic substances which the body cannot make, but which it requires in small amounts to maintain health
Controlled Diet for Endometriosis

Controlling your diet to help you deal with Endometriosis is an excellent starting point. As I have said earlier, we really are a reflection of what we eat, and the body responds very quickly to what is put inside it. Let me emphasize that point thus:
•Look how radically altered we become by too much alcohol - which can happen very quickly
•A Sumo wrestler is not born large - they eat themselves large
•Body builders do build up their bodies with power/weight lifting, but they also use a high protein diet to back it up
•Drink too much coffee and you have a caffeine rush
•Travel to another area and you may get upset by the change in water consumption
•When we are hungry, many of us suffer that awful drowsy blood sugar drop; eat something and we can pick up again very quickly

So the body is very sensitive to what is put in it, and sometimes that sensitivity is quick to show up. Unfortunately other sensitivities are not noticed and will creep up on us, which is when we suffer from dietary deficiencies and a lack of trace elements. There are times when our body gives us clues that we have a deficiency and we start to have cravings for certain types of foods.

The role of a controlled diet in Endometriosis management has proved exceedingly beneficial for many women. Some women have even been able to be totally symptom free with changes in diet. The plan of the endo diet is to relieve or prevent some of the disabling symptoms that occur with menstruation, as well as the general pain of endo. The goal is to decrease estrogen levels, stabilize hormones, increase energy, alleviate painful cramps and stabilize emotions.

Candida
Some women are achieving great health improvements by following a diet to address Candida yeast infection. By following the Candida diet these women are seeing improvements with their Endometriosis. There is speculation that there are links between Candida and Endometriosis.

A diet for Candida is very similar to a diet regime to help with Endometriosis, which is probably why these women are getting good results from a diet for Candida.

SO WHERE DO WE START!

Let's start with pain and hormones in relation to diet …………
Endometriosis is an estrogen-sensitive condition, but the painful menstrual cramping that occurs is predominantly due to prostaglandin synthesis in the body. Prostaglandins are naturally occurring fatty acids, which are derived from dietary sources. The body can produce different types of prostaglandins through a complex series of pathways.

There are the ‘good guys’ and the ‘bad guys’ of the prostaglandin group. The goal of a controlled diet is to block the ‘bad guys’ for their negative actions on the body, and increase the ‘good guys’ for their opposite and beneficial actions. The action of the bad guys is to increase uterine contractions, and the good guys have a soothing effect. By changing the types of oils that are taken into the diet, the production of the good guys can be stimulated, which helps with uterine relaxation. These oils are composed of omega-3 fatty acids, which lead to positive prostaglandin production. Excellent sources of the omega-3 fatty acid producing oils are:
•evening primrose
•Walnut oil
•flax seeds/oil

It is also important to decrease intake of those fatty acids that will stimulate the bad guys which are found in saturated fats, butter, animal and organ meat, lard.
In addition to decreasing bad fat intake, the diet should also consist of high fiber. Not only does this help with good digestion, but it is also thought that a diet high in fiber can decrease total circulating estrogens. It is recommended to incorporate 25 grams per day of fibre. Good sources are:

•whole grains excluding wheat and rye
•beans, peas and pulses
•brown rice
•vegetable and fruits
•oatmeal

The following foods are recommended to modulate estrogen levels by incorporating one or two servings a day:
•mustard greens
•broccoli
•cabbage
•turnips


FOODS TO AVOID
•wheat * - this includes breads, cakes and pasta products, all based on wheat
•red meats - promotes negative prostaglandins
•refined and concentrated carbohydrates - bread, flour, cakes made from refined flours
•refined sugars and honey - causes inflammatory reaction
•alcohol - consumes vit B stored in the liver
•caffeine which is found in tea, coffee, soft drinks -increases abdominal cramps and increases estrogen level
•chocolate - as it contains sugars
•dairy produce including all milk and cheese - inflammatory
•fried food, margarine and hydrogenated fats - can stimulate negative prostaglandins
•soy products and soy protein products - tamari can be used in small amounts
•tinned and frozen packaged foods as little as possible
•additives and preservatives - increase chemical load on the system

Note: Meat, dairy and eggs, promote the pro-inflammatory prostaglandins.


FOODS BENEFICIAL FOR THE IMMUNE SYSTEM
•beans, peas, lentils
•onions
•garlic (raw or lightly cooked)
•carrots (contain beta-carotene)
•live yogurt (good for healthy intestinal flora)
•rhubarb
•seeds and sprouted seeds
•ginger
•green tea


HORMONE REBALANCING
Foods containing natural plant sterols (phytoestrogens) can be helpful. They are thought to block the estrogen receptors, so in turn excess estrogen in the body cannot ‘lock-in’ to these receptors. These include:
•peas, beans and pulses
•red and purple berries
•garlic
•apples
•parsley
•fennel
•brassicas: cabbage, cauliflower etc
•nuts and seeds
•celery, carrots
•rhubarb
•sage
VITAMIN AND MINERAL SUPPLEMENTS

Although the best source of vitamins and minerals is through a well balanced diet, many foods today are depleted in these vital trace elements. Today, most of us need to supplement our diet with some of the vitamins and minerals that our bodies need to function optimally.

The following is a list of supplements that will help women with Endometriosis:
•Magnesium - is a mineral and is believed to ease cramping with menstruation
•Zinc - is essential for enzyme activity, helping cells to reproduce which will help with healing. Zinc is also reported to boost the immune system and helping to create an emotional sense of well-being
•Calcium - levels of calcium in menstruating women decrease 10 to 14 days before the onset of menstruation. Deficiency may lead to muscle cramps, headache or pelvic pain.
•Iron - women with Endometriosis tend to have very heavy periods which can lead to an iron deficiency. This can lead to anemia which is characterized by extreme fatigue and weakness.
•B vitamins - these are important for the breakdown of proteins, carbohydrates and fats in the body. B vitamins are reported to improve the emotional symptoms of Endometriosis, and have proved helpful in dealing with PMT
•Vitamin C - is well known for helping to boost the immune system and help provide resistance to disease. It is also used in the body to build and maintain collagen within the body.
•Vitamin A - is another immune system booster
•Vitamin E - plays an important role by increasing oxygen carrying capacities and also strengthens the immune system
•Selenium - when taken together with vitamin E has been reported to decrease inflammation associated with Endometriosis, as well as immune system booster.


OTHER USEFUL SNIPPETS:
•Certain vegetables have substances that activate liver enzymes and help the liver to detoxify chemicals. This allows the liver to eliminate excess estrogen from the body more effectively. These vegetables include: broccoli, cauliflower and brussel sprouts.
•Auto immune diseases are thought to be triggered by free-radicals in the body, which could be an added factor in Endometriosis. Free radicals are destructive molecules and are found naturally in the body but can be made worse by pollution, stress, illness and smoking. There are minerals and vitamins that will help to fight off these free-radicals because of their antioxidant properties, including: vitamins A,C,E, CoQ10, selenium, vitamin B complex, as well as specific supplements being sold specifically as Antioxidants.
•It is very common for women with Endometriosis to suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I used to suffer from it myself, and it took quite a while to define which foods would trigger it off. These triggers can vary from one woman to another. Even simple things like drinking a hot drink when it was too hot would trigger it off in me. You need to really pay attention as to what your own subtle triggers are, as well as which foods will set it off.

TO SUM UP
•increase omega-3 fatty acids
•avoid meat, dairy products, wheat and sugar
•increase fiber
•modulate estrogen
•avoid caffeine and alcohol
•avoid refined foods, e-numbers, additives
•minimize or avoid soy products as they contain high levels of phytoestrogens, and soy contains a particular toxin which seems to be particularly detrimental for women with Endometriosis
•peel fruit and vegetables to remove toxic chemicals
•eat organic produce wherever possible
•drink lots of filtered or mineral water
Recipes for the Endometriosis Diet

If you are to change your diet to help deal with Endometriosis then there will be many changes in the foods you can and cannot eat.

As you can see by the advice above, there are many foods you are advised to leave out of your diet completely, especially if you are to reap the benefits.

These main foods are:
All red meats, wheat and wheat products, sugar, all dairy products, caffeine, additives and allrefined and convenience foods.

The prospect of adjusting your diet so radically may seem somewhat daunting. You may be wondering and concerned about:

•what on earth you are going to eat - mountains of plain vegetables, piles of fruit, gallons of plain water
•how do you have variety in your diet
•how do you find recipes which are still enjoyable and tasty, but still suitable fo a diet for Endometriosis
•how do you plan meals so that you do not become utterly bored with your diet

Endometriosis Diet
While there are various medical treatments for endometriosis available, as well as surgical ones, many women have found that changing their diet can help to effectively manage their symptoms. In some cases, dietary changes may be enough to help you live your life symptom free.

Why Change the Diet?
Making changes to your diet when you have endometriosis is not just about easing the signs of endometriosis. Following a healthier diet and eliminating those foods that aggravate your symptoms will not only help to reduce your estrogen levels, but it will also contribute to normalizing your hormone levels and it can even stabilize your emotions.

Similar to the candida diet, which helps people dealing with recurrent vaginal thrush infections, an endometriosis diet aims to eliminate those foods that encourage your symptoms while increasing those foods that lower your prostaglandins. Prostaglandins, which are stimulated by estrogen, are the hormones responsible for those painful cramps you feel during menstruation as well as possibly menorrhagia, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea that you may also experience.

Prostaglandins actually break down into three different forms: prostaglandin E1 (PGE1); prostaglandin E2 (PGE2); and prostaglandin F2a (PGF2a). While PGE1 can help alleviate endometriosis symptoms, PGE2 contributes to menorrhagia and PGF2a to vomiting, nausea and diarrhoea. Together, PGE2 and PGF2a produce the immense period pain women with endometriosis must deal with. However, by changing your diet, it is possible to block PGE2 and PGF2a while encouraging the production of PGE1 to help your symptoms.


Fibre
We all know that diets high in fibre are helpful to digestion and keeping the bowels working. However, fibre may also reduce the levels of estrogen circulating in your system. Some good sources of fibre include:

•Whole grains
•Fruits and vegetables
•Beans
•Brown Rice

Omega-3s
There are many benefits to consuming omega-3 fatty acids. In addition to helping your over physical and mental health, though, omega-3s have also been found to promote the production of PGE1. Some good sources of omega-3s include:

•Flaxseeds and oil
•Pumpkin seeds
•Walnuts
•Oily fish (i.e. salmon, sardines, herring, mackerel)
•Tuna
•Sunflower oil
•Evening primrose oil
•Fortified foods

Dairy
While dairy is an important part of a balanced diet, as dairy is an excellent source of calcium, women with endometriosis may benefit from minimizing their consumption of dairy products. Dairy can contribute to stimulating the production of prostaglandins, thereby worsening your symptoms. If you are planning to eliminate dairy from your diet, it is important to find other sources of calcium in order to meet your daily intake requirement of 1000mg/day. Alternative sources of calcium can include:

•Dark green vegetables (i.e. spinach, broccoli, bok choy and kale)
•Calcium fortified tofu
•Sesame seeds
•Almonds
•Figs
•Seaweed
•Salmon and sardines
•Tahini
•Other food items fortified with calcium, like orange juice

Meat
Animal meat, though a good source of protein, is another food source that can aggravate your symptoms. In particular, meat, as well as lard which comes from animal fat, is known to promote PGF2a, so reducing your consumption may be helpful. To ensure you still have adequate protein intake, though, try incorporating some of these protein-rich foods into your diet:

•Beans
•Tofu
•Tempeh
•Nuts (i.e. pecans, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, chestnuts)
•Seeds (i.e. sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, flaxseeds)
•Peanuts

Other Foods to Avoid
In general, there are a number of foods that women with endometriosis are advised to avoid.

•Caffeine (i.e. coffee, tea)
•Alcohol
•Chocolate
•Saturated fats
•Butter and margarine
•Drinks and foods with a high sugar content
•Refined carbohydrates (i.e. pasta, bread, cakes, pastries)
•Fried foods

Furthermore, while soy products are often touted as a great alternative to meat, they may not be ideal for those with endometriosis, who are sensitive to estrogen.
